All great artists, including great photographers, become perfectionists, essentially driving the master achievements of their greatest works. This is an excellent episode, that I first video taped onto VHS and loaned to my daughter and others. I am glad to see that PBS has allowed it to stay up in Youtube. Avedon's words in narrative and his images here, are very powerful and can change lives."
